Listing description

TG Set is back pressure type turbine-generator set (inlet steam parameters: p= 59 bar, t = 475 ºC, m= 209 t/h; back pressure parameters: p = app4 bar, t = 175ºC, m= 0-209 t/h) connected to common steam outlet (parameters: p = app. 3.5 bar, t = 175 ºC-Level 3 steam parameters L3). One regulated extraction of the turbine is connected to steam outlet (parameters: p = app10 bar, t = 280 ºC, m = 0-60 t/h-Level 2 steam parameters L2) and goes to consumers. The year of manufacturing and start-up is 1976/77.

Present condition of TG Set
TG Set is not in the operational condition. The conservation was performed in 1998 after general overhaul
During general visual inspection of TG Set defects in steam or oil sealing systems (no steam or oil leakage traces noticed, except possible steam leakage on LP turbine part), mechanical damages, absence of some crucial parts and assemblies or defects on TG set fundament set haven’t been recorded.
The non-critical level of corrosion is noticed on turbine-generator assemblies, but it could be found as critical on oil system, cooling system, pumps. Certain number of valves, fittings and other pipeline system parts is missing. I&C is very old and in very bad condition and should be completely replaced.
The TG Set planned shut down was performed in 1992 after approximately 150.000 working hours.

Rehabilitation and /or reconstruction of TG Set is possible.
