BIESSE ROVER 346 CNC MACHINE CENTER

Working capacities: X-Axis is 126" (3,210 mm), Y-axis is 53" (1,350 mm), Z-axis is 5.1" (130 mm).

Machine has (31) Independent vertical boring spindles forming a T-configuration with (19) spindles on the Y-axis & (12) spindles on the X-axis.

A total of (8) horizontal spindles provide horizontal boring capabilities on all four edges of the panel, (6) on the X-axis (three in ea. direction) and (2) are paralleled with the Y-axis (one in ea. direction).

(6) Adjustable panel supports each with (2) vacuum cups.

(2) independent working areas.

(3) Router machine with (3) position tool changer on the left and a (5) position tool changer on the right.

Aggregate with saw unit and 6 ISO cones.

Separate control console with CNi "XNC" Controller, 12" color monitor, keypad, and 1.44 MB floppy disk drives, programs can be transferred via diskette or possible download by wire.
