This is a 96 X 96 SDI (602) digital router.
This includes the AES frame and cards.
This router is not fully populated with all the input and output cards.

There is 2 power supplies for the video main frame and one for the audio (AES) main frame. See pictures attached.
When this router was decommissioned the router was working.

There are literally dozens of router control panels included in this package.
