Single sided with (3) CNC Linear profile shaping stations and (3) open stations, equipped with (4) main columns and (2) feed chain tracks one of which is adjustable.
IBM Pentium 330 PC-20 processor with 14" VGA screen and keyboard, 900 programmable shapes, auto center of profiles with different lengths.
1st shaping head with 15HP with inverter RPM control, 2nd & 3rd heads with 10HP - 4,000 to 8,000 RPM motors with inverter control. All heads with 35mm diameter x 3-15/16" long spindles, 0-90 degree tilting (CNC control works up to 60 degree tilt.)
Right hand fixed, 2nd feed track programmable with 39-3/8" maximum width adjustment, both feed tracks with motorized overhead continuous hold-downs, disappearing dogs on 23-5/8" centers, motorized right hand fence with 9-7/8" minimum with brake for accurate positioning.
Variable feed speed 13 to 99 FPM, transport chains covered with white rubber non-staining & oil resistant pads, auto-lubrication with air-oil regulators for transport chains, machine base and all statn slides.
Separate control cabinet, full sound enclosures and dust hoods. Jump score and hog head available at additional charge
