Designed to automatically form, fill and seal side gusset bagsand pillow bags. Compact modular construction accurately package free flowing granular products with particles as small as 10 mils (0.25 mm).

Combines three main operations in the same machine: the boittom of the bag is sealed, which determines the bag length; the bag is filled and the top of the bag is sealed. The bag is ejected and then ready for palletizing or further handling.

It's controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and is electrically and pneumatically operated. It is intergrated with a net weighing system to provide appropriate amount of material in each bag and to optimize the production rate. A powered lifting device, which allows easy film roll installation.
