-3.5" Sterling extruder, 30:1 l/d ration, 125hp dc motor with Allen Bradley Series B scr control, electrically heated, water cooled, with side vent and plugged barrel, 14:1 gear box reduction. Comes with 3.5" MGB screen changer and Maag melt pump.
-2.5 Sterling/APV extruder, 30:1 l/d ratio, 13.35:1 gear box ratio, driven by 50 hp dc motor with scr control, water cooled, Comes with MGB screen changer.
-2.5" Enwistle coextruder, model TFE2500 30, 30:1 l/d ratio, non vented, 50 hp Reliance dc motor with scr drive control, Comes with MGB screen changer.
-Mann+Hummel Volumetric Feeding System, 4 components and 2 loaders
-Coextrusion feed block, 1200mm Cloren die model Epoch3, .000"-.050" opening range, .1mm flex range, 5 control zones, back center feed
-Sterling 3 roll stack, individually driven rolls, down stack operation, with cooling system and rubber pull rolls.
