Three set of Toshiba Injection Mold Machines are available for sale. The machines are being used to make Light Guide Plate for Notebooks in a clean room.

Injection Capacity: 645 cm³

Injection Speed: 282 mm/s

Remark: The machines come with Accumulator.

Toshiba IS550GS-27Y 1998:

Screw Diameter: 60 mm

Injection Capacity: 1080 cm³

Injection Speed: 253 mm/s

Remark: The machine comes with Accumulator

Because the machines are for Light guide plate therefore, the Injection volume is very low. However, you can change the screw after consulting with Toshiba to the following screw sizes.

IS550GS-27Y 60mm to 70mm(1360g) or 80mm (1780g)
