We have been looking for a Company Partner (Co-Partner), which would have interest in acquisition and relocation of the above-mentioned unused generator sets for decentralized power generation being sold as the asset recovery deal in Russia.

We aimed to establish long terms relationships with Co-Partners with funding available and experienced at least in 3 similar power plant installation projects fulfilled or specialized and focused in any of below areas in the supposed country of the asset’s final destination:
- EPC power generation solution with reciprocating engines based power plants.
- Refurbishment, recondition/overhauling of GEJ gensets.
- Maintenance-operation-troubleshooting of GEJ gensets.
- Relocation, Installation, commissioning of GEJ gensets.

Traders team is supposed to participate in alliance with such kind Co-Partner or on behalf of Co-Partner in submitting of formal purchase offer to acquire the mentioned asset from the Title Owner of the asset.

Traders team is collecting non-obligatory bids, non-binding letters of intent for a purchase formally issued with POF attached by prospective Co-Partners for contracting of the GE JENBACHER power plant or gensets with ancillaries. Partial deals may be considered for each of the asset above mentioned.
