Complete vial line for washing, sterilising, filling and closing of vials up to 3600 vials per hour. Comprising the following main elements:

Bosch RNR-L02 washing machine suitable for containers 16-52mm diameter

Bosch TLQ-U42 sterilising tunnel with electronically controlled discharge chute

Rotary buffer table with isolator and 4 glove positions

Calumatic MLF6/RS5 filling and closing machine for rubber bungs, with isolator for 7 gloves, 3 filling nozzles for dosing using Coriolis mass flowmeter filling pumps (Endress + Hauser), pre- and post-gassing with centralised flow control, with random in-line sample fill height control

Calumatic single head vial crimping machine with automatic cap feeder, and discharge into a MLF3/RS magazine loading station.

Includes size groups for vial sizes 3 ml (15.75 mm dia) 5 ml ( 21.00 mm dia), 10 ml (24,00 mm dia) & 20H ml (32,00 mm dia), and rubber bungs 13 mm & 20 mm, Flip-Off closures 13 mm & 20 mm.

The whole line was fully refurbished in 2006 (cost €250,000) including all new electrical panels and Siemens Simatic S7 PLC controllers throughout. Also fitted with Siemens Simatic MP370 operator interfaces, capable of storing up to 99 recipes.
