This machine was built to special accuracy and we regularly hob to AGMA 11-13
QUALITY? We have lots of tooling arbors etc and the hobber is in great shape
considering its age. For its age the hours are not excessive. It was built to and
extended size to accommodate 200 MM. diameter, number teeth to 600+, able
to accept 5/8" shank type hobs. It is still in superb condition as is almost all of
our gear equipment. We also had some special cycles added beyond standard.
It is also loaded with software for among other things diagonal/tangential hobbing.
Please Note:
This is built as a special accuracy machine with an expanded size to 200 MM diameter, capable of 6 Diametral Pitch and up to 600 teeth so it would be more expensive than an off the shelf Gleason 125 hobber
