BRAND NEW High temperature vacuum probe

Specifications
High temperature vacuum probe is mainly used for sensor semiconductor, photoelectric, integrated circuit and package testing. The study of precision electrical measurement of high speed devices aims at making sure quality and reliability and reduce developing time and cost of device manufacturing process.
The loader of the probe is 60*60 stainless-steel table and the highest temperature in the desk is 3500C and there is air intake and vacuum interface in vacuum chamber. The probe arm is X/Y/Z three axis movement. Three directions could be adjusted accurately under vacuum environment. The adjustment range of X: 0-30mm; the adjustment range of Y: 0-20mm; the adjustment of Z: 0-20mm; users could adjust according to their demand. The device needed to test should be fixed in heating platform to have slight adjustment of the direction of X/Y/Z. Through the observation of microscope, probe needle aims at supervision point to have a test.
