VEGETABLE SAW CUTTING SYSTEM
- Cutting system is designed to cut up to 150 pieces per minute depending on operation
- System to tip / tail vegetables or cut into specific lengths.
- 2-Blade Arbor for one piece cut (to remove tip and tail).
- Length is adjustable by movable arbors. Customer to specify cut lengths at time of purchase
- The system is to be manually loaded by one or two operators depending on throughput.
- Operators orient and position vegetables on roller conveyor for entrance to saw area.
- Conveyor is 12’9” center to center of drive sprockets and powered by 1/2 HP motor.
- Nylon conveyor chain is auto-tensioned on a continuous basis.
- Effective loading and inspection area is 78”.
- Saw to be powered by a 3 HP brakemotor.
- Saw blades are carbide tipped for product relief after cutting.
- Spray nozzles are mounted under the blade safety cover to prevent starch build-up on the
- Air nozzle system for unhusked corn processing. Assists in releasing tight husks prior to feeding to husker. System can be disconnected when running husked corn.
- Customer to specify left hand or right hand product infeed (looking in the direction of product flow from infeed end).
- Includes Control Panel with VFD
