Manesty Express 25 station rotary EU B type tablet press. Single-sided machine fitted with one station of pre-compression and rotary feeder. This machine was overhauled in 2000 and further new parts were fitted in 2013 including cams, turret table and bearings, compression rolls, feeder bottom plate/seal /cover, gear wheels.
The tableting zone is paint-free giving easy wipe clean surfaces. Stainless steel hopper. Compact and guarded with clear covers and safety locks. Feed frame and discharge chute. Maximum 1 Tonne pre-compression. Maximum 6.5 Tonne operating compression. Maximum tablet diameter 16mm. Maximum fill depth 17.4mm. Adjustable production speed from 1,000 to 2,500 tablets per minute and up to 150,000 tablets per hour (depending on tablet size). Machine size: 1040mm x 900mm x 1980mm high, approx weight 2000kg.
