Mettler-Toledo Garvens XS2 high speed checkweigher for continuous weighing and sorting. Capacity 0–400g. Operation from left to right with maximum through-put up to 65 weighings/minute for bottled liquids up to 120mm diameter. The electro-magnetic force weighing system is digital, temperature stable and is maintenance-free. The air reject station on the operator side operates at 4.8bar typically with air consumption at approx. 50 Ltrs/hour. All stainless steel construction with anodised aluminium conveyor parts and fully guarded for safety. Power supply 100-240V single phase, 50/60Hz. Includes high contrast 15” colour touch screen with 1024 x 768 XVGA 24-bit resolution can be operated also with suitable pens and gloves. Operator guidance is intuitively designed with on-screen help functions with graphic indication of up to 20 last recorded weight values and system diagnostics with messages provided.
