Optrel (Italy) ATI 400 single frame continuous motion visual inspection machine. Last used for ampoules 2ml/dia 10.75mm, 5ml/dia 14.75mm and 10ml/dia 17.75mm. Performance: 2ml ampoules 24,000 pieces per hour; 5ml ampoules 18,000 pieces per hour; 10ml ampoules 15,000 pieces per hour. This machine is available with 3 sets of spare parts for quick change over (for 2ml, 5ml and 10ml). Control panel colour touch screen monitor. PLC system: SIMANTIC STEP 7 S7/M7/C7 V.5.4. + SP4 k5.4.4.0. Languages available on PLC are German and English. Vision system: Optrel’s proprietary vision system PVSI (Programmable Vision System Interface) with tracking cameras synchronized with the movements of the main turret. Optrel’s camera system with mega pixel cameras installed on the main star wheel and additional cameras in area scan section. Inspection parameters: cosmetic failures as tip shape/integrity, also color ring, “black spot”; steady particles. Machine comes with full set of manuals in English and validation documents OQ and IQ.
