• Basic ceramic crucible furnace from metallindustry completed with DC- Plasma Reactor with
watercooled
electrode and a plasma lance mounted on the top of the furnace.
• Watercooling system
• Transformer
• PLC system Siemens Simatic S 7
Reactor, furnace and watercooling system will be ready to start up .
Transformer and gas supply has to be adapted to local conditions.
PLC system has to be upgraded
Additional we can supply a used flue gas cleaning and cooling system if that is required in future processes.
Equipment has been usd appr 10.000 hours since start
