Rommelag 3012 Blow-Fill-Seal machine has been upgraded from a 3 cavity to a 6 cavity machine for 100ml containers with an increased output of 1500 per hour. The machine has been fully refurbished so is in a "like new" condition. The following refurbishment work has been carried out on the machine: original mild steel panels replaced with new stainless steel panels; new control panel fitted with Siemens S7 PLC and new touch screen display HMI; all new electrical wiring; all hydraulic valves changed and replaced with new Rextroth valves of the latest generation; all pneumatic valves changed and replaced with new Festo pneumatic valves; new set of moulds and filling head fitted;
CIP/SIP system incorporated; all old pipelines and valves replaced with new ones.
