Automatic, electro-hydraulic self compensating opening and closing system, closing force of 118 tons. Hydraulic control center with switches, gauges, and integral cabinet to house all hydraulic components. Frame is steel construction with a single coat urethane finish. Full width stainless steel, sidebar caps. Product contact piping is 316 SS. Semi-automatic, air operated plate shifter with regulator and nycoil hose. PLC is Allen Bradley CompactLogix 1769 series with Ethernet Capacity with automatic pump control in NEMA 4X box with nitrogen purge kit installed.
