The ball mill will be manufactured brand-new, so year of manufactur will be 2025.

We use main motor from north of Germany or Siemens main motor of tank and pump from Italy.

At bottom of ball mill there is a chocolate pump during refining it's circulate chocolate inside the ball mill.

When ready there is a manual 3-way valve, worker opens to empty the ball mill to chocolate tank.




Output 4 to 6 hours grinding time for a fineness of 20 - 22 microns
300 kg capacity
consisting of:
1 x ball mill 300 kg with agitator
Drive 5.5 kW, 63 rpm
Double-walled for heating/cooling
1 x double-walled chocolate pump and double-walled pipes in stainless steel
for circulating the chocolate during the grinding process
and emptying into the storage tank at the end of the grinding process
1 x 300 kg storage tank with agitator
double-walled
Drive 1.5 kW, 18 rpm
including 100 kg 8 mm balls
There is an electric thermal resistance against heat with a small water pump to circulate the water in the double jacket.
In addition, the water valve is open when the heat is increased to allow cold water to enter the cold double jacket during refining.
