Mid-sized pharmaceutical tablet and capsule ink printing machine. The Ackley printing machines are easy to handle, capable of producing a high quality printed product at increased production rates, with a minimum amount of effort and maintenance. Its design allows easy and rapid changeover, as well as the flexibility of either capsule or tablet printing using the same base machine.

MAIN FEATURES:
The patented design cantilever printer is designed for printing on tablets, caplets and capsules. Precision rotogravure printing system for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and confectionery products. The adjustable ramp feed angle optimizes feed based on product flow characteristics. Features continuous motion, multiple-lane carrier bar conveyor feed system that exposes the top surface of the product for inspection and printing. Requires only compressed air and power for operation. Fully integrated vision inspection system and vibratory feeder. Provides precision single sided marking using time proven rotogravure printing. For use with products of all shapes and sizes – tablets, caplets, soft gelatin capsules, hard shell capsules and longitudinally compressed tablets. Ability to print alpha-numeric text or graphic logos. Ability to print with solvent or water based edible ink solutions. Currently installed format for 13 x 9 mm tablets. Machine that only worked for testing and evaluation and never entered into process, it is absolutely in excellent condition.
