Description

The ALFA F3 18T 4-6 S2-E3 labeling machine is designed for applying paper labels to glass bottles. The machine works with a finished cut label, which is stacked in a bundle in a special cassette. Bottle and label feeding, as well as glue layer application, is carried out in a fully automatic mode.

Principle of operation:

By means of a conveyor belt, the bottles are transferred in order to the screw for separating and feeding bottles, then at a set distance from each other the bottles are evenly transported to the glue application section. When checking the presence of bottles with a photoelectric sensor, the cassette with labels is pushed forward and with the help of a special mechanism moves one of the labels to the system for applying glue. A glue-coated label is applied to the bottle. Then, the bottle goes through a rolling system where the label is smoothed out and pressed firmly against the bottle.

The labeler worked with a 0.75 liter glass bottle.
