High temperature heat exchangers designed for work at high pressure, 2 units
The units are designed for processing wide gasoline fractions in order to obtain a motor gasoline component with an octane rating of 78-85 (by MM). Installation LG-35-11/300-95 can operate in two modes: 1) in the "soft" mode, it produces a catalyzate with an octane rating of 78-80 (according to MM) or 85 (according to IM); 2) in the "hard" mode, it produces a catalyzate with an octane rating of 85-86 (according to MM) or 95 (according to IM). The raw materials are straight-run gasoline fractions boiling up in the range of 85-180 C with a sulfur content of up to 0.3% (mass.) *. Installations of this type were developed by the Lepgiprogaz Institute together with the design bureau of the national enterprise of the heavy engineering plant nm. Karl Liebknecht "SKL" in Magdeburg (GDR).

At the same time, the plant produces: 1) hydrogen-containing gas - used in hydrotreating motor fuels; 2) hydrocarbon gas - is sent to the fuel network of the plant; 3) stable head - sent to gas fractionation plants; 4) hydrogen sulfide gas [with the content of H2S up to 98% (vol.)] - is sent to the installations for the production of sulfur or sulfuric acid. The capacity of the plant is 300 thousand tons/year in terms of raw materials.
