Description
Vacuum furnace AMP VBF-60/60/100-1.5 built in 2012 in Poland, is used in, among others, annealing, degassing, brazing and hardening of high-alloy steels. The horizontal structure with a large cylindrical heating chamber allows easy loading and processing of long details with a maximum weight of 600 kg without exposing them to deformation.
The furnace has a spacious heating chamber with thermal insulation, heating elements, thermocouples, charge supports and cooling nozzles for blowing cooling gas during the cooling cycle. Insulation of the interior in the form of a graphite mat fixed to the chamber housing with molybdenum rods with graphite composite washers maintains a constant temperature of up to 1180°C.
The supports supporting the charge inside the chamber consist of longitudinally placed horizontal graphite beams and molybdenum rods, supported by graphite columns transferring the charge load. The operation of the AMP furnace is controlled from a separate control cabinet with a special controller that allows you to set the parameters, i.e.: vacuum, temperature course and pressure of the cooling gas. The total weight of the machine is 10,000 kg.
