Description

Spunlace material production line

The existing Spunlace Line is 1000mm wide, 2000gw, speed 100m/min, density 27-60g/mkv, the line was updated in 2020. Capacity ~1000t per year. Payback is about 3 years.

The line consists of

- 2 loading hoppers in conjunction with 1 conveyor 1500mm wide

- Pneumatic feed systems for raw materials, with accumulation and distribution towers 1 TMS + 1 TCF

- 1 air filtration system with 11 pumps and pipelines.

- 1 double carding machine 1500mm wide

- 1 JET LACE fiber hydrospun machine, 2 stepper, 3 injectors, maximum pressure 50 bar including individual PHP high pressure pumps; 2 separators and 1 FAB water filtration, width 1000mm (including all pipes, filters, silencers, ... etc.)

- 1 Fleissner Omega Drier with 1 drum with a diameter of 1450 mm with 1 external heating system and 1 control zone, working area 1000 mm

- 1 ABM winder 1000mm wide, with 7 blades for cutting width
- Siemens control system cabinets

- a large number of spare parts, tapes, belts, engines, etc.
