Extrusion equipment for sheet manufacturing

Extrusion equipment for the manufacture of calendered sheet with thicknesses from 0.3 mm up to 4 mm.
Used to manufacture PS sheet - Able to manufacture with polymers as: PP, PE, PC and similar.

Equipment composition:
- Single screw extruder: Screw diam.: 100 mm. and length L30D with braker plate.
- Bimetallic chamber, forced degasifier.
- Motor power 75 kw with frequency converter.
- Mixing/dosing hopper with color control (Masterbach)
- Co-extruder with direct inlet to the sheet trimming extruder.
- Pressure control DINISCO type.
- Flat head. Useful width 900 mm. with manual thickness control.
