Consisting of:
1 Five (5) Pre-treatment tank with internal dimensions 7,5mx1,1mx1,8m, made of INOX AISI 316 3mm thick, properly reinforced, with overflow system, drain valve 3” and air stirring system, with electrical heating (4x5Κw) 22-30 οC, complete with electrical control board:


3) Double position dryer 120oC (7,5mx1,8mx1,8m aprox, internal dimensions), re-circulated air heated through direct heat exchanger with burner (not direct flame or fumes in treated profiles), equipped with horizontal air flow of the re-circulated air, on top opening covered by horizontal automated doors, complete with electrical control system, Dual door system:

B. POWDER COATING LINE:

Consisting of:
1) Oven 200oC, type “BOX”, of clear length 7,2m and width 2.48m for the coating of 8 large flight bars (maximum profile length 7,0m, height 2,0m) with automated ventilation for the removal of volatile gases (new technology) and system for parallel polymerization of multiple colors. The oven recirculates 48.000 m3/hour, through 3 centrifugal fans. The curing is done automatically, from a selection of adjustable user programs. Oven is controlled by central Power and Automation Electrical Board. Air pneumatic doors operation system are included at the system.


2) Overhead conveyor system, Swedish House “Hjort conveyor”, series 500, with an approximate total length of 180m, according to the layout.

Powder Centre with slots for up to twelve (12) automatic powder guns, with autonomous ventilation system and self-cleaning final filter 3.000m3/h, for the automatic cleaning of the coating powder internal path. The system includes automatic purging for the guns, vibrating floor, plastic container for the powder and recirculation and screening system for the powder from the cabin.
