MACHINE DESCRIPTION
The machine consists of a monolithic steel structure inside which the transmission and guiding parts of the moving parts are housed.
The vertical pressing table is motorized at both ends and intersects the movable side pressing shoulder by the special comb structure.
All parts in contact with the pressing cabinet are coated with scratch-resistant material.
OPERATION CYCLE
After pre-assembling the cabinet, the operator manually positions it on the work table and places it side by side with the fixed column then operates the pressing cycle by bi-manual Start controls.
The vertical pressing platen and the horizontal pressing shoulder begin their stroke until the dimensions of the cabinet are reached; at this point the squeeze is exerted for the prescribed duration of the timing.

The electrical and control panel is stand-alone with a lectern.
The machine is operated by an Omron PLC.
The control panel provides programming of the pressing time; pushbuttons for manual movement of the platen and moving shoulder; selectors for graduated adjustment of the pressure to be exerted: one for vertical and the other for horizontal; mushroom-shaped emergency button; automatic-manual selection button; and bi-manual maintained-action control for cycle start and end.
