for sale complete with documentation. Lescha K36 bioreactor is composed of flat stainless steel parts that come together to form an octagonal section.
It has a theoretical volume of 36 m3. and a useful volume of approx
32 cubic metres.
The drum is divided longitudinally into 4 sections. The flat parts of the drum are made with perforated sheets of different diameters

The drum does not have tested walls, as they are part of the frame that houses the drum.
The drum is mounted on roller bearing supports and has two guide rings located between the first and second sections and between the third and fourth sections.

The drum transmission consists of an electric variator/inverter unit which acts through a gear change on a special chain fixed under one of the two guide rings.
The guide ring is equipped in the lower section of the drum with driving teeth which fit into the chain itself and rotate the drum.
The axial force is absorbed by axial roller supports mounted on the opposite side of the electric motor.

Under the drum there is a longitudinal belt protruding from the two heads.
The drum is equipped with holes on the walls from which the treated material comes out. The expelled material is deposited on the center of the lower belt by conveyor plates fixed laterally to the frames of the 4 sections and inclined towards the center of the belt.
