• Shiploader Siwertell Type BC-1400 was delivered to Russia in 2002 by sea on m/v Odin, which is confirmed by the customs declaration.
• At the moment the owner of the equipment is NOT Novorossiysk VNESHTREYDINVEST LLC.
• The equipment was purchased during the bankruptcy of NVTI LLC, which is confirmed by court order No. 09AP-51567/2014 AK dated 12/22/2014 and the sale and purchase agreement (these documents can be provided additionally).
• This equipment was planned to be installed in 2018 in Lithuania in the city of Klaipeda at BEGA. There is already one such car there and a berth for the second car has been prepared.
