Machine structure in painted electro-welded square tube, including:
Horizontal carton WAREHOUSE, capacity: 150 cartons (depending on their thickness);
Pneumatic MECHANISMS for the formation of the cardboard with folding and yielding of the 2 lower lower flaps by means of 2 rotating pneumatic cylinders;
Vacuum PUMP for extraction suction cup drive;
ELECTRICAL PANEL command with automatisms and motor-safe switches;
MACHINE predisposed for the combination with case packers equipped with transfer conveyor type BORTOLIN.
Operation:
The sucker unit picks up the cardboard from the warehouse and during the movement of the pneumatic devices they shape the cardboard, fold the 2 minor flaps and release it for its descent in phase with the transfer.
