Description

Our in-house team of expert engineers have now completed the full refurbishment of this 2003, BOY 90 injection moulding machine, 90T clamp force with the Procan MD controller. As well as full cosmetic make over, this machine has also had various seals replaced to ensure it holds all it’s max pressures and can be supplied with fault & leak free guarantee. The refurbishment process has really enhanced this machine and it’s come up very well indeed. It’s available for a full demonstration in our workshop and you can see the actual walkaround of this machine below.

The BOY 90 was (and still is) a good seller for BOY as it is one of the most compact 90 tonne clamp machines available on the market. The direct lock design of the clamp unit was designed to minimise the floor space required as much as possible. The design also allows for unrestricted access for conveyors underneath the clamp unit.

Refurbished machines undergo a comprehensive test procedure during which every function of the machine is tested and if necessary repaired. A production run of at least 5000 fault free cycles prior to sign off ensures trouble free operation once delivered. Machines are ultra clean and cosmetically as good as we can get them. We guarantee our refurbs are delivered fault free and leak free.
