Newly refurbishment by our team is this 2002, BOY 90M injection moulding machine. It comes fitted with the Procan MD controller and a brand new 42mm plasticising unit. This machine was well looked after during it’s life and the refurbishment process has given it a new lease of life. Along with the new screw and barrel, it has had the injection unit and clamp unit re-sealed. We’ve also completed a full cosmetic work up on the machine, including the platens and full guarding overhaul. Well worth a look in the flesh if you’re in the market for a compact 90T machine.

BOY 90 machines are some of the smallest (footprint) machines around for their clamp size. The design of the clamp unit on these machines means easy access for tool mounting and clear space below the clamp unit for conveyors etc. Very popular machines on the used market and support are readily available from various sources across Europe as there are a lot of these machines in operation. Come down and have a look yourself.

Refurbished machines undergo a comprehensive test procedure during which every function of the machine is tested and if necessary repaired. A production run of at least 5000 fault free cycles prior to sign off ensures trouble free operation once delivered. Machines are ultra clean and cosmetically as good as we can get them. We guarantee our refurbs are delivered fault free and leak free.
