Kettle 55 liter, with agitator, double jacketed for water circulation and insulated, with heating element 9 kW. Plate heatexchanger as cooler (Schmidt Sigma 7 NCN). Water buffer. A lobe productpump (three lobes) to pump the cream through the cooler, and 2 hotwater circulation pumps and electric boiler. Can be combined with a standard 100 liter churn (C. Van het ‘t Riet) All controls with temperature controllers and frequency drives are already in this unit. Documentation in Dutch available, operational manual and electrical diagrams.
