The plotter was purchased by us directly from the manufacturer in October 2020 and regularly serviced by him, which is included in the documentation.

Replacement of consumable parts and ongoing maintenance carried out on time.
The plotter is in perfect technical and visual condition - which can be confirmed by Canon service technicians, which is what our company is famous for. The most sensitive places exposed to scratches or damage are protected with PPF foil from new.

The plotter is in constant use and is not overly exploited.

Main repairs and modernizations carried out:
- May 2022 heads replaced under warranty: 2x Yellow, 2x Magenta, 1xCyan, 1xBlack (warranty for those replaced until May 2024) After changing the heads, reprinted approximately 10,000 m2
- July 2022 replacement of the print head cleaning station.
- March 2023 replacement of the HDD with a faster SSD
