Method of making waffles:
1. Dough goes into the hopper of the wire cutting machine which then makes round dough slices based on volume.
2. These dough pieces are then manually placed in the carrousel per 4 pieces under 1 iron and after 1 rotation of the carrousel they are baked.
3. The baked dough pieces are then removed manually and cut into a round shape on the die-cutting machine and then cut in half with the wire cutter.
4. Finally the caramel needs to be placed manually on the bottom piece and the waffle pieces need to be joined together again.
A caramel dosing unit is not included with this line.
