One C.M.G. granulator model N45-100-3K-TS-ARK-SE ( see similar drawing n° n°X11-09-919 ), complete with:
> - Fully sound reduced front feed hopper, suitable for manual or conveyor belt loading
> - Feed throat size 1068xH660mm., with conveyor feeding it’s possible to remove the lower horizontal part of the hopper, so that the conveyor looks like partially sound proofed
> - Protection flaps unit, to eliminate the fly-back effect into hopper (n. 3 flaps)
> - Hand operated tilting device to open the feeding hopper
> - All cutting chamber components are assembled with screws and pins
> - TWIN SHEAR cutting chamber with “scissors cutting action” (double angle cut), cutting chamber size 450x1070mm; all cutting chamber components are assembled with pins and bolts.
