Description

This plant for cardboard waste consists of :

_ 2 BLIK shredders equipped with DELOS700+B400/750 (1 purchased in 2011 and the other in 2019) which shred cardboard into 50mm chips. To be installed at the start of production lines, maximum carton size 600mm x 600mm.

_ 2 CTX 63 of 18.5kW => the fans are equipped with knives to finely cut the cardboard ends for transport into the network. The motors are overhauled and regularly serviced, and we supplied a bearing assembly from stock.

_ 1 AMSP 10 separator placed above a compactor to separate cardboard from dust. No maintenance required on this part.

_ 1 JETLINE CH60 dust collector which recovers dust from the separator. All valves, piping, filters and PLCs have been changed and settings optimized. Supply of a set of filters from stock.

_ 1 UNILINE 700 fan to be fitted after the dust collector (dust collector suction motor).

_ 50m of piping with clamps .

The system is in perfect working order, and has been maintained throughout the 10 years it has been running in 2x8h mode.
However, to be on the safe side, maintenance should be carried out on the grinders.

Deltaneu can retrofit the system and adapt the piping to your installation.
