Filling and dosing

for increasing the pressure of bottles / cans filled with non-carbonated beverages,

for displacing oxygen in the headspace of filled bottles / cans, glasses.

Electrical operation of the valve for releasing the dosage,

up to 28,000 containers / h are possible (depending on the dosing time)

The device is installed so that the liquid nitrogen outlet of the dosing device is centred above the container. This ensures that the full cross-section of the opening can be utilised.

Different signal sockets determine the exact position of each individual container and send a corresponding release signal to the dosing head.

In order to keep the discharge area dry and ice-free, it is continuously flushed with gaseous nitrogen.
