Maximum capacity per batch: 12kg
This model stands out for its robustness, ease of use and maintenance.
Approximately 15 tonnes roasted which is very little

Options included:
- Cyclone with chaff collector
- Lamp
- 6-probe data package for monitoring and recording roasting curves on the computer (with Artisan or Cropster for example): gas changes, air flow changes, 4 temperatures at different locations in the roaster.
- Variable frequency drive for adjusting drum rotation speed.
- Gas conversion kit (Propane / natural gas)
- Maintenance kit with grease gun, grease, tools, aluminium tape, everything you need to get off to a good start.

The roaster is delivered with double-walled chimney flues with a diameter of 200mm (inside). Such an installation costs several thousand euros.
The roaster is powered by a single-phase 220V supply for the motors and gas for the heating. It can run on either propane or natural gas.
It was last serviced last year, when the drum motor capacitor was changed.
