Description

The ADF 0808 METAL milling machine is designed for processing steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. The basis of the machine is a massive and rigid frame weighing 2.8 tons. The vibration-absorbing properties of the structure, its increased wear resistance and resistance to plastic deformation allow processing of ferrous metals in long-term modes. The guides and SHP have corrugation protection, which allows you to effectively protect the parts of the machine from dust, chips and coolant.

The high precision of the machine is ensured not only by milling the places and the plane of the table, but also by their grinding. The design of the machine with a moving table has a positive effect on the processing modes and quality of the products.

ADF 0808 has an automatic system of lubrication of seams and guides, which simplifies the maintenance of the machine.
