Description

1-needle lockstitch machine from the M-TYPE series with short thread trimming (5 mm) with lower, needle and upper presser foot feed with automation in the form of: lifting presser feet, thread trimming, needle positioning, stitch fixing.
This version also has a step-on function, i.e. changing the step height of the presser feet when passing through the transverse seams, a second stitch length, integrated LED lighting, an oil level indicator, and additional thread tension.

Another advantage of the M-TYPE platform is the innovative drive concept from Dürkopp Adler. All machines marked "M" are equipped with a factory-installed energy-saving DC drive on the main shaft. This drive solution means stepless power transfer, i.e. maximum torque, impressive dynamics in the acceleration and braking phases during sewing, precise needle positioning even at high working speeds, as well as quiet and vibration-free operation of the machine.

An integral part of the drive concept is the DAC CLASSIC (Dürkopp Adler Control) control unit with the OP-1000 operating panel, which has been refined in terms of functionality and comfort of use. Additionally, for even more comfortable operation of the machine and work ergonomics, buttons with the most popular functions have been placed in the immediate vicinity of the needle bar.

It is equipped with a standard size vertical hook (spool diameter Ø32 mm), a safety clutch protecting the hook against damage, and central lubrication. It has an adjustable walking height of the presser foot up to 9 mm, and the lifting height of the sewing foot when the needle is up - 20 mm. Maximum stitch length up to 12 mm and needle thickness up to Nm 180. Sewing speed 3,800 stitches/min.
