FIBER laser EAGLE eVision 1530 F3.0 AF, built in Poland in 2012, was designed to guarantee the user perfect dimensional and shape precision when cutting details made of structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper. Thanks to the low cutting edge and small heat affected zone, the fiber laser guarantees no change in the detail geometry during processing at the ends of the material.

The energy-saving and trouble-free IPG YLS-3000 laser source supplies a high-quality 3 kW laser beam to the PRECITEC cutting head with overload and anti-collision protection. A special head position control system (HRS) maintains a constant distance between the cutting head and the sheet, even when the detail is uneven or bends during the cutting process. If a collision is detected, the applied anti-collision protection automatically turns off all drives of the laser cutter.

In order to ensure high dynamics and positioning accuracy throughout the entire service life, all axes of the machine are equipped with BECKHOFF magnetic linear drives. Laser cutting is performed on a large work table with a length of 3000 mm and a width of 1500 mm with automatic pallet exchange, thanks to which it is possible to load and unload sheet metal without interrupting the cutting process.
