Description

The ECKERT JANTAR 2 plasma gas cutting machine, built in 2013 in Poland, is used in the process of cutting details made of, among others, made of black steel and stainless steel. The plasma cutter has a high-quality steel portal extended by an additional 700 mm, thanks to which it is possible to easily load and unload larger metal sheets. A high level of safety and operator comfort is guaranteed by equipping the JANTAR 2 with a sectional extraction table with a length of 6000 mm and a width of 3000 mm.

The gas plasma cutter has a system for cutting pipes and profiles cooperating with the machine, located outside the working area of the cutter. Rotator equipped with a special gear with a rotary head enables plasma or gas cutting of pipes with a maximum diameter of 300 mm. Along with the cutter, a wide range of accessories is offered, which includes, among others: CNC ECS 872 controller, plasma source with KJELLBERG HiFocus 161i automatic console, WALTER SKTG 5.5/15 SM screw compressor and WALTER WDF 100 refrigeration dryer.
