SPINNER 1500SBN AUTOMA AUTOMATIC STRETCH STRETCH BINDING MACHINE almost new, only used in trial!
Easy wrapping process
The wrapping process takes place in two stages: 1 - In the first stage, the package is wrapped in a plastic bag, which is then passed through the plastic curtain, which by gluing forms a bag (bubble wrap, polyethylene foam, etc.) inside which the product to be wrapped remains. 2 - In the second one, the product is wrapped horizontally with stretch film, leaving the bag completely closed and well secured.
Efficient automation for product handling
The machine is equipped with motorized conveyor belts when loading and unloading the machine. The driving power of the conveyors is 0.75 kW and the maximum feeding speed is 12 m/min. The loading capacity of the conveyor in basic configuration is 100 kg per linear meter.
Guaranteed stability during the packing process
The pneumatic clamps are located at the top and ensure maximum stability of the product during packing. The machine is equipped with two clamping blocks at the infeed and outfeed.
Precise control of the packaging process
