Description

The ERTMASZ TZ-6S 6-head jar capping machine , manufactured in 2014 in Poland, is used in the technological line of the bottling line. The machine is designed to tightly close jars using the selected type of caps, thanks to which the products retain their properties for a long time of storage. All parts that come into contact with the filled liquid are made of acid-resistant stainless steel.

The technological process is extremely simple and fast. The screw conveyor transports the filled jars into the notches of the separating star, which allocates the container to the appropriate places on the feeding star. After putting the caps on the jars, the feeding head rotates and simultaneously feeds the jars further under the capping heads mounted on the body. The main column, performing a rotational movement through the cam mechanism, lowers the capping heads onto the caps, pressing them to the jar. After the jar is properly capped, the cam lifts up and the capped jars are picked up by a receiving star and moved back to the conveyor.

The ERTmasz TZ-6S Pick & Place automatic jar capping machine can be adapted to the individual needs of the production line. The work efficiency is changed by turning the inverter knob located on the control panel to the left or right. When changing the jar type, simply loosen the screws of the head body sleeve clamp and press the up/down button located on the control panel post. The 6-head jar capping machine weighs 700 kg.
