LIQUIDATION of a desalting machine for hams of the manufacturer INDUSTRIAS FAC, model DS-600. Its condition is of occasion equipment totally revised in its totality (reestreno) guaranteed.
Our desalting line DS-600 that recovers the salt in dry by blowing air at high pressure.
With this efficient line we achieve:
80% reduction of the external salt that we discard in the washing process, a very important reduction of energy consumption, a perfect result in the cleaning of the hams and a great contribution to the preservation of the environment.
The ham is placed on the special stainless steel chain through which it is transported into the desalting machine. The action of the high pressure air coming out of the nozzles sweeps the salt grains from the surface of the ham. The salt is collected in the lower hopper of the machine and is recovered by means of an endless tube.
