This modern high-speed compressor is suitable for the production of tablets up to a maximum of 16 mm Ø. The machine can process interchangeable contoerrette. The Fette 2090 can also produce capsule-shaped tablets.
The operating area of this tablet press is enclosed within four double-walled Perspex safety guards that allow easy access for cleaning or changing tools.
The drive motor and central lubrication system are located at the bottom of the machine and are accessible via large movable panels on all sides.
This machine can be connected to an external dust extraction system (not included) via connection ports located at the top of the machine housing.
The product to be filled is placed in a stainless steel hopper and guided through the motorized Fill-O-Matic powder feeder into the mold cavities. The powder feeder can be easily disassembled for cleaning.
Finished tablets are discharged through a chute, equipped with an electromechanical fin, which diverts tablets during startup, machine setup, and machine shutdown.
All operator controls are located on a separate dust-tight console.
