The Ticab Printing System TPS industrial printer for non-contact CMYK color large format inkjet printing.
1) prints from 1 unit to 50 units/min.

3) versatility - printing on various surfaces: paper bags, cardboard, boxes in assembled and disassembled form, envelopes, fabrics, wood.

Ticab Printing System TPS is an innovative cantilever system. It allows you to feed huge objects under the print head. The print head can be adjusted up to 30cm above the conveyor belt to feed folded cardboard boxes or other huge objects.
High-quality Hewlett Packard HP pigmented ink provides fade, scratch and water resistance after the image dries.

Technical characteristics of the print head:
•Width of the printing area - up to 29.7 cm (11.7 inches)
•Print area length - from 2.54 cm (1 inch) to 91.44 cm (36 inch)
•Workpiece movement speed - up to 45.72 cm (18 inches) per second
•Print speed - up to 90 sheets min A4, up to 16 sheets min A3
•Print resolution - 1200x1200 dpi
•Number of inkjet nozzles - 59136 (14 printing zones of 4224 nozzles each)
•Colors-CMYK (cyan, Magenta, yellow, black)
•Ink type-water-based pigment ink
•Connection information - Ethernet 10/100/1000 Base-T network port
•Operating System - Windows (Windows 10 recommended)
•HewlettPackard HP drivers

TICAB software:

The current status of the printer is monitored.
The number of prints is calculated: the total and the current activity.
Calculating the value of ink consumption.
Monitoring the current ink level in the cartridges
Starting the printer nozzle maintenance and cleaning functions.
Starting the procedures for replacing the cleaning mechanism.
Calibrate the printer nozzles for straightness and color consistency.
Start the procedure for printing a large number of copies at high speed.
