Description

Indirect product on water UHT unit. The unit is with 2 homogeniser, 1 normal placed upstream and 1 aseptic placed downstream. Tubular heat exchanger (product – water). The product on water principle is ideal for products which includes particles. The UHT is skid mounted. Including an outlet cooling section for cream. Protein stabilizer (holding) at 90 °C and 3 possible holding tubes (2-4-6min) at the highest temperature. Balance tank and all product centrifugal pumps, interconnecting piping, valves and controls with Danfoss frequency converters. Including APV Gaulin high pressure pump (30 kW, 50 bar) for water. The homogenisers and the high pressure pump are tested and serviced in 2022 by GEA. The UHT line is currently located in the factory in Germany and will be dismantled before the end of 2022 through our own dismantling team which is included in the price. Including P&ID.
