Modular oil treatment plant MUPN-20 is designed to separate water-oil emulsion into oil, formation water and mechanical impurities, with the production of commercial oil that meets the requirements of GOST R 51858-2002.
Performance max. 40 tons/hour.
Possible applications of MUPN-20:
- preparation of crude oil to the requirements of GOST, commercial;
- return of the "dead" remains of oil storage facilities;
- purification of liquid oil sludge;
- cleaning of oil waste and discharges from oil terminals and ports;
- dehydration of diesel fuel.
Nominal productivity of MUPN-20 for raw materials at the input - 20.0
t/h - water-resistant degassed emulsion.
The number of modules included in the installation - 4 units:
separator module - 2 units. (raw pumps, pumping pumps
commercial oil, heat exchange equipment, separation unit, devices for measuring the quantity and quality of products)
capacitive module - 1 unit (capacity of marketable oil, capacity
bottom water, bottom water pumps)
auxiliary equipment module - 1 unit. (operator,
nitrogen station, air compressor, sludge tank, ventilation chamber)
